For us, it is of the utmost importance that we are “invisible” during service but are capable of delivering an experience, a memory, and an emotion which will stay with you and your guests for a long time! If we are capable of achieving this, then, we have succeeded in our job!

We serve private dinners; lunches; birthday parties and functions for 6 up to 50 guests.

We use your silverware, glasses, and linen napkins. Yet if you prefer, we can provide these at an extra cost, the same applies to floral arrangements.

We can cater for most dietary requirements and allergies. We check what are they within your party before your event, allowing our team and the chef time to accommodate these for you.

About Us

Carving knives

We have a team of professionals, chefs and waiters who have very long experience working in some of the best restaurants and kitchens in Portugal and abroad. Our MD has over fifteen years of experience working in the hospitality industry in London, UK.

Where he was a manager for restaurants in the West End including Quo Vadis, one of Marco Pierre White, flagships restaurants – the 1st & youngest Chef to be awarded a 3* Michelin in the UK – The Oak Room, at the Le Méridien in Piccadilly where he was a Head Waiter. He furthered his fine dining experience at the late Sir Terence Conran Quaglinos restaurant and the Royal Ascot Private Members Club. More recently was the Assistant General Manager of Skylon at The Royal Festival Hall in the Southbank.

He is a minded Restaurant Manager passionate about overseeing the seamless and effective delivery of core services and guest experiences that have provided independent challenges across execution, performance, people, contracts and operations.

Accountable for delivering an elevated dining experience and creating unforgettable guest experiences – ensuring Food & Beverage and Events met client expectations, by managing and efficiently utilising resources while maintaining a cooperative, motivated, and successful team.
